Note to self - make sure the dots are reaaallly dry before adding top coat! (sorry, ring finger!)

07/27/2013 Edit: I visited Pittsburgh this week and went to the Andy Warhol Museum... I redid this manicure and was flattered that it got noticed! My friend and I spent a good 5 hours at the museum. Such a fun and interactive experience!
